This new build called for almost every fixture to be custom-made and a cohesive lighting concept for both interior and exterior. The client wanted contemporary, elegant luminaires and subtle indirect light to highlight architectural details. Inside, custom IQ linear lighting serves as the main source in surface-mounted, recessed, pendant, and wall-mounted forms. Bathrooms feature high-IP-rated fixtures, while staircases and niches are gently washed with adjustable indirect linear strips that allow fine-tuning of color temperature and brightness. In the bedroom, decorative ceiling lights by Azzardo provide an intimate, warm glow, and the Wheel 6 pendant in the living room adds a luxurious focal point. Outside, high-IP linear fixtures are installed beneath the pergolas over the summer kitchen, entrance, and garage door, all sensor-activated. Suspended Artemis linear lights deliver precise illumination across the thin metal façade panels, and a unique custom decorative luminaire above the main canopy gives the courtyard a signature touch, softly washing the space in a welcoming glow.
