Guests arrive to a calm, refined atmosphere where layered light softly guides them from the lobby through the lounges to their rooms, setting a tone of understated elegance. Custom IQ linear fixtures tucked into ceiling coves and wall niches cast a smooth, indirect glow that accentuates clean lines and natural textures. In seating areas, sleek pendants from TK Lighting punctuate the space with intimate pools of light, while Eglo wall sconces in bathrooms deliver even, flattering illumination for every guest. Outside, the corten-steel façade posed a real test: under the summer sun, temperatures on those panels can soar above 70 °C. To meet the challenge, we specified a high-performance, heat-resistant LED strip and mounted it invisibly along the metal edges, creating a warm, inviting wash that won’t fail under extreme heat. Sensor-activated linear luminaires beneath the entrance canopy and pergolas then add a gentle halo after dark, marrying durability with a welcoming glow that carries through the entire guest experience.
