Nestled in the heart of Novo mesto’s vibrant cityscape, Hotel Center stands as a modern landmark whose lighting design met unique challenges. To illuminate the tall façade after dusk, we selected narrow-beam uplights capable of reaching every cornice and balcony from ground level, so the building’s elegant vertical lines glow crisply against the night sky—even visible from the nearby King Matjaž overlook. Inside, the bar area comes to life with a hidden LED strip tracing the counter’s edge in a warm, continuous ribbon of light chosen by the architect to complement the sleek dark finishes. Along the corridors, each fixture balances direct and indirect illumination and allows on-site adjustment of beam angles, giving staff the freedom to fine-tune the mood for guests at any hour. At Hotel Center NM in Novo mesto, every lamp, every beam, and every detail was crafted to reveal the architecture’s best angles and create a truly unforgettable atmosphere.
